Website content search
Students and doctoral students can be found by this application only if they have a public profile. You need to log in to be able to search in all students.
Search engines at www.muni.cz enable to search in active people, alumni, supervisors and in the content of the web site. The people search and the content search are accessible under the respective buttons on the toolbar in the upper right corner of every page. The most recently used search type is initiated as a default search by pressing the Enter key.
To enter an alumni query, a supervisor query or an advanced search, specialized forms are available in the individual tabs of this page. These advanced options are also available on each page under the link Search
in the upper right corner.
Results count setting: Number of search results displayed on one page may be set up in the box on detailed search form or also using the key word results:<number of_results>
directly in the search box.
Scanned area limit: By means of this function it is possible to simplify and speed up the search by focusing on particular web area. It can be set up either on detailed search form or using the key word scope:<area_abbreviation>
directly in the search box. The search system recognizes currently the following areas:
