Uvedený příspěvek se zabývá faktory konkurenceschopnosti podniku z oblasti zaměstnanců a představuje některé dosavadní výsledky empirického šetření Centra výzkumu konkurenční schopnosti české ekonomiky. V příspěvku jsou jednak stručně uvedeny výsledky primární analýzy a následně výsledky následného vyhodnocování dat, provedeného na 3 a 5 shlucích podniků rozdělených dle finanční úspěšnosti. Cílem je najít ty faktory ze zmíněné oblasti, které by mohly být zdrojem konkurenceschopnosti.
The scope of the article are the factors of company s competitiveness within the field of employees and presents some results of the empirical research within The Research Centre of the Czech Republic Economy Competitiveness up to now. This article briefly mentions the results from the primary analysis and then the results of the further data scoring that was carried out on the 3 and 5 clusters of companies, split according to the financial success. The aim is to find factors from mentioned field that could be the sources of the competitiveness.
