| Description | Library of functions for Matlab or Octave. These functions enable to compute electric characteristics of capacitively coupled discharges. The computation includes the nonlinear nature of capacitive plasmas and the generation of higher harmonic frequencies of discharge current and sheath voltages. The main calculated outputs are the waveforms of discharge current and voltages. Detailed description of the computation can be found in the attached file harmoncs.pdf. |
