| Description | : This publication helps to answer the questions that new secondary school teachers may ask themselves when they start practicing their teaching. The first chapter discusses the innovation of syllabuses of Faculty of Science – Masaryk University. We further focus on sitting in on a class and teaching performances within the frame of university studies. In the third chapter we share our experience with reflexive analysis of teaching practice – making use of a virtual sitting in on a class as well as video records of pedagogical practices. Following chapter presents observations of university students – pedagogical practice graduates. We also pay attention to the outset of teaching career and issues in school running; the particularity of biology, physics, chemistry, geography and mathematics teaching. In the appendix you can find an observation scheme, marking sheets for teacher and some more examples of other useful sheets. |
