| Description | The effect of localized re-appearance of dielectric barrier discharge microfilaments is driven both by residual surface charge deposited on the dielectric, and by the local temperature build-up. To assess the magnitude of later, the breakdown voltage vs. temperature up to 180C was carefully measured. |
