Description Results of this study proved a marginal effect of paracetamol and low concentrations (0.1 and 10 ug/L) of diclofenac to dry weight of duckweed (Lemna minor). The lowest applied concentrations of both drugs (0.1 ug/L) led in plants to a significant decrease in content of photosynthetic pigments. Increasing environmental loading of diclofenac (0.1; 10; 100 ug/L) led in plants to a significant changes in the values of monitored parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence (FV/FM, PhiII, NPQ, Rfd). Exposure to paracetamol was reflected only in the sensitive values of chlorophyll fluorescence (NPQ, Rfd), which indicate the presence of a stressor.
