| Description | The present invention provides substituted furo[3,2-b]pyridines of the general formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof, wherein Re1 represents phenyl or naphthyl, being optionally substituted by a substituent being selected from the group consisting of methyl, methoxy, methylthio, F, Cl, Br; Re2 is selected from the group consisting of -NRe3(CRe4eR5)pNRe6eR7 or -NRe3(CRe4eR5)ipORe8; Re3 is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl; Re4 denotes H; Re5 represents H; Re6 is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl; Re7 is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl; Re8 is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl; p is in the range of 2 to 7. These compounds are suitable for use as medicaments, particularly medicaments for the treatment of hematological malignant diseases. |
