| Description | An generic VGI acquisition system for risk management purposes. The system is based on HTML technologies and intended to use on mobile devices. The system is extendable by various early warning observations, two example scenarios are implemented. A key feature is a VGI contributors collaboration support. Observation management is based on the background DBMS. Mobile frontend using device sensors and a camera input and supporting an offline mode. Application is prepared for easy localisation into various languages. |
