| Description | The monitoring of the lesions in clinical practice varies significantly. For the necessity of unified pressure ulcers monitoring, the care process, and the treatment, a specially prepared and pilot-tested dataset was created. The aim of the research is to analyze the completeness and availability of the data according to the created dataset in the individual centers (faculty hospitals) involved in the research. Observed items were those dealing with evaluating incidence and prevention of decubitus in hospitalized patients. The purpose is to build a national registry for pressure ulcers monitoring in hospitalized patients and to prepare national strategies for decubitus prevention and treatment. |
