| Description | Theoretical and empirical studies point out the associations beween career-related parental behavior and readiness of adolescents to cope with educational and vocational transitions. There is a research gap in this area in the Czech Republic. Thus, the main goal of the paper is to present the preliminary findings about the instrument Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-Czech Form that have been validated to measure of career adaptability by Czech adolescents studying at vocational upper-secondary schools. Results on association between career adaptability, career adaptability dimensions and career-specific parental behaviors are also presented. |
