| Description | Career decision which students at upper-secondary schools have to make is not an irreversible act, but long-term process with unclear boundaries and involving a number of potentially difficult aspects. The paper brings empirically supported findings focused on relationships between use of career guidance services by upper secondary school students and their career adaptability.
