| Description | A series of micro-pillars with different taper angles in the range between 4° and 14° were fabricated by focused ion beam technique from the surface of near-amorphous and nanocrystalline Mo-B-C coatings. Afterward, the yield strength and Young´s modulus were determined from the micro-compression tests of micro-pillars. |
