• Description: The aim of this technology is the plasma modification of flexible materials using in-line regime and roll-to-roll (R2R) arrangement in different working gases. Different working gases or gas mixtures are used not only for oxidating, but also for reducing reactions in atmospheric pressure plasma generated by plasma sources installed in the reactor chamber.
