| Description | The invention relates to a kit for determining the relative abundance of alternative transcripts of the PLAUR gene in humans. The kit includes the components necessary to amplify known alternative PLAUR gene transcripts from cDNA and detect them by capillary electrophoresis. Splicing variants of exons 5 and 6 and both terminal exons 7a and 7b are detected. |
