| Description | Report describing antibacterial activity and haemolytic activity of test peptides. The problem of antibiotic resistance of bacteria is currently being solved worldwide. One of the candidates for new drugs is the group of antimicrobial peptides. The aim of the project was to introduce techniques for antimicrobial efficacy (inhibition test) and hemolytic toxicity of peptides prepared in the research group hl. and their in vivo testing (E.coli). Antimicrobial activity and toxicity of prepared peptides were tested according to established test protocols. |
