Description The harvesting tissues from deceased donors for prospective transplantation purposes always requires subsequent reconstruction and also replacement of the removed bones. Reconstruction should be performed in such a way that the appearance of the body resembles as much as possible to before the harvest. Currently used substitutes usually do not guarantee the appearance that is as natural as possible. The use of 3D print of bones of adequate size and shape with their perfect fixation and eventual modification of the volume of the limb guarantees perfect reconstruction.
