| Description | Monograph The Right to Equal Treatment: Ten Years of the Anti-Discrimination Act on the Occasion of the Ten-Year Anniversary of the Anti-Discrimination Act in the Czech Republic. The idea behind its creation is mainly the former Public Defender of Rights Anna Šabatová, who for this purpose addressed a wide range of authors from various fields of law as well as other social sciences. The text of the monograph is thematically divided into four parts, while the first three parts are devoted to anti-discrimination law and case law and the last part is focused on the social context of equal treatment. The chapter deals with the issue of the development of age discrimination. |
