| Description | In his presentation at the Košice Law Days conference, the author deals with the requirement of objective precision and identifiability of the objects of intellectual property protection in the field of trademarks, registered industrial designs and copyrighted works. The author tries to find not only common, but also different functions that this requirement fulfils in individual protection regimes and discusses the related case-law of the CJEU. |
