| Description | The present work concerns the unusual behaviour of some polycrystalline materials, their ability to reach extremely large deformation without fracture. This phenomenon is known as superplasticity. It has important implications for industrial hotworking practice. The short overview of the present state of art is discussed involving the basic models explaining superplastic behaviour. |
