| Description | The monograph deals with the working methods of determining rock-forming and technical minerals. It is appointed for the wide readers community, which is interested in the view inside the microstructure of natural rocks and technolites (technical inorganic materials). The authors were motivated to publish the monograph by the work on grants that were focused on identification of factors, taking place at degradation of different building materials, both natural stones and technolites (mortars, concretes, building ceramics, etc.). All results proved unequivocally, that the degradation of materials is the reflex of deposition, climate conditions (influence of organisms possibly), microstructure and mineral composition of particular materials. The monograph wouldnt be published without contribution of Grant Agency of Czech Republic(GAČR). It was composed within the grant No.103/00/607 -Salt transport in pore system of concretes and originating condition of ephlorescents on their surfaces- and under support of furter grant No.205/99/D049 -Accessoric minerals as the indicator of petrological development of magmatic rocks in the eastern margin of Czech Massif-. |
