| Description | We performed the statistic comparison of results of quantitative evaluation of immunohistochemical detection of proteins BCL-2 a p53 and the detection of apoptotic cells by two different system for image analysis - LUCIA-M and ACC Image Structure and Object Analyser 4.0. The comparison was performed on the tissue of humen embryonal intestine in different phases of intrauterin development. Our comparison did not show any significant differences in results obtained by two analysing systems. |
