| Description | In the year 2001-2002 we study 15 patients with glioblastoma by FISH, CGH and SKY. We concluded amplification EGFR deletion gene p53, polyzomy ch7 and monozomy ch11 and by CGH method 29 different chromozom mutation and translocation. We are also started cultivation 8 primocultur cell necessary for SKY examination. |
