| Description | We provided evidence, that phosphothioate modification of DNA backbone alone can significantly stimulate phagocytes of rats, which was observed during spontainous chemiluminescence. Furthermore we described inhibition effect of CpG DNA to differenciated HL60 proliferation and strong stimulation influence of CpG DNA to MPO activity in these cells. |
