Description The paper summarizes the results of micropetrographic examination of pottery from Loštice. The burning temperature was experimentally verified. The results showed that (010), (020) and (030) pottery groups might have been made of the same, or very similar, plastic raw material with petrographically different non-plastics. The experiments showed that the burning temperature was reache 1200-1250 C.
