| Description | On archaeological investigation of Žuráň barrow (Moravia, Czech Republic) in the field campaign 1948 to 1950 a chamber grave was uncovered and labelled No.II. Even thought the grave was spoilt before construction of great barrow was built above it, very rich inventory of the grave containing pieces of ivory pyxis, ivory plates, gold fibres, glass receptacles, silver spikes and more other artefacts was found. |
