| Description | A manufacturing process for conjugation of antibodies with nanoparticles of gold and polymers was developed. Procedure is based on gold/polymer nanoparticle modification with antibody and horseradish peroxidase molecules in an optimal ratio. Prepared conjugates are suitable for signal enhancement of immunochemical and bioanalytical methods. Moreover, such conjugates reduce consumption of sensitive and mostly expensive bioreagents. Its a manufacturing process. |
