| Description | Appearance of the basal Carboniferous index conodot Siphonodella cf. sulcata underneath the H. Event in the Lesni lom quarry and continuation of Devonian foraminiferal genus Quasiendothyra more deeply to the Carboniferous highlight problems connected with current definition of D/C boundary. The preliminary results of high-resolution stratigraphic study of the D/C boundary show the correlation potential of alternative stratigraphic tools. |
