| Description | To analyze the variability of expressed DAB1 and DAB3 genes in cyprinid fish we used two methods. The first one includes SSCP analysis, cloning of PCR amplicons and automatic sequencing. As the second one we optimized the preparation of the samples for clonal next generation sequencing (NGS) with usage of technology of 454 pyrosequencing. In the present work we compare pros and cones of the described methods used for testing. |
