| Description | Suburbanisation can be considered the main process transforming the hinterlands of Czech cities in last years. The aim of the study is to briefly describe how the process has developed in the Czech Republic since the end of the communist era and also its impact on social conditions and quality of life in the municipalities located nearby the most populated cities is discussed. |
