Partnership with Masaryk University
The university not only takes part in research and education, but it also plays a significant cultural role. During social presentations, it creates space for encounters with the academic and general public. Although the university has substantial developing resources at its disposal, it is bound by strict rules of public funds management (they do not enable the financing of activities which are not directly connected with the main activity of the university). However, they are important for the successful progress of the university and for taking the leading role in the more and more competitive university education "market".
The university approaches selected leading companies in order to offer a partnership which would enable the university to financially support the above mentioned activities and, at the same time, would not be a one-way alliance only.
