Autor se zabývá didaktikou úpolů ve školní tělesné výchově. Kromě obsahu určeném v rámcovém vzdělávacím programu je důležité dostatečně znát benefity tohoto obsahu. Stejně tak je nezbytné využívat specifické metody výuky obsahu.

Author describes aspects of didactics of combatives in physical education at school. It is important to accent benefits of curriculum, witch is described in framework educational plan. No less important is to use proper teaching methods.
