Článek představuje český tripartitní orgán, Radu hospodářské a sociální dohody (RHSD), v evropském kontextu. Zaměřuje se na ty aspekty tripartitních jednání, které nejvíce ovlivňují pozici a roli tripartity v politickém systému ČR. Pozice a fungování české tripartity jsou srovnávány s obodbnými institucemi v rámci Evropské unie.

This article aims to introduce the Czech tripartite body, the Council of Economic and Social Agreement in the European context. The article concentrates on such aspects of the tripartite negotiations that are most likely to influence the position and role of the tripartite body in the political system of the Czech Republic. Therefore, it is focused on the national (macro) level and it is more concerned with policy concertation than with collective bargaining.
