Stať se zaměřuje na dědictví Émile Durkheima pro moderní sociologii náboženství. Soustředí se přitom na problematiku společenské integrace a nových/moderních forem náboženství. V této souvislosti analyzuje koncept občanského náboženství, s nímž v 60. letech 20. století vstoupil do diskuse v sociologii náboženství Robert N. Bellah.

The paper deals with the legacy of Émile Durkheim for modern sociology of religion. It focuses on the problem of social integration and new/modern forms of religion. In this context, it analyses the concept of "civil religion" introduced into sociology of religion by Robert N. Bellah in 1960s.
