The study field International Relations (language of instruction: Czech) introduces students to basic issues of international relations. The emphasis is put on the theory of international relations, and the core areas are history of IR, foreign policy of the Czech Republic, security aspects of IR, etc. Students can specialize within optional courses focusing on concrete issues and on foreign politics of selected countries and regions. The indispensable theoretical knowledge includes political economy, strategic studies, geopolitics and theory of conflict and war.
