• Popis: Primary debulking surgery before adjuvant chemotherapy is the standard of care for patients with advanced ovarian cancer, but neoadjuvant CT is considered to be an alternative therapeutic approach in stage IIIC or IV disease. We evaluated patients with NACT and its influence on radicality of surgery and OS.
