| Popis | Private international law includes rules which are focused on or, better to say, can be used in different legal areas. One of them is the intellectual property law. This contribution aims at the identification of specific features of intellectual property law with an impact also on private international law. Another aim is to determine the existence and application of some general institutes of private international law (public policy, mandatory rules, renvoi, abuse of law) in intellectual property law. |
