Autor poukazuje na rozhodnutí Soudního dvora o podpoře biopaliv, ve druhé části se zabývá rozhodnutí Evropské komise o některých druzích informací o biopalivech a biokapalin ekonomických subjektů na členských státech, v závěrečné části zaměří svou pozornost na Evropskou komisi ze dne 19. července 2011 o uznání "kulatého stolu udržitelných biopaliv v EU RED" pro prokázání souladu s kritérii udržitelnosti podle směrnic o směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2009/30/ES směrnice 2009/28/ES a.

In my text I would like to draw the attention of the readers of this journal to important judgments of the Court of Justice in support of biofuels, in part two we will deal with decisions of the European Commission on certain types of information on biofuels and bioliquids to economic bodies to the Member States, in the final part will focus their attention on the European Commission of 19 July 2011 on the recognition of the "Roundtable of Sustainable Biofuels EU RED" to demonstrate compliance with the sustainability criteria in accordance with directives of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/28/EC and 2009/30/EC.
