Příspěvek ukazuje možnosti smysluplné hospitační činnosti ředitele mateřské školy a upozorňuje na její rizika. Představuje hospitace jako prostředek vedení lidí, který pomáhá učitelkám mateřských škol měnit zaběhnuté způsoby práce a přístupy k dětem směrem ke skutečné humanizaci a k individualizaci vzdělávání.

The contribution shows possibilities of meaningful inspection of kindergarten’s headmaster and point out to its risks. It presents the inspection as the tool of leadership, which helps to kindergarten’s teachers to change the old ways of work and attitudes to children regarding real humanisation and individualization of the education.
