| Popis | This paper will discuss relativist objections against the term universalism in political philosophy and the consequent discussion about its nature, which was held in the second half of 20th century. Multilateral and international pacts will be introduced, due to their gradual influence on the change in understanding this term and formation of new institutions. On theoretical level this paper will focus on justification of formation and advocating of philosophical concepts, such as legal pluralism or constructivism. |
