První díl učebního textu je věnován rovnoběžnému promítání a jeho vlastnostem, volnému rovnoběžnému promítání a jeho užití při řešení polohových a metrických úloh. Jsou probrána afinní zobrazení, zejména osová afinita, dále středová kolineace, a je ukázáno užití těchto zobrazení při konstrukci řezu roviny s hranolem a jehlanem. Všech sedm kapitol textu obsahuje řešené úlohy, dostatečný počet cvičení a shrnutí probraného učiva.

The first part of the text is dedicated the interpretation of the parallel projection, and its characteristics, the free parallel projection, and its use in resolving the location and metric tasks. Are discussed, affine transformation in particular axial affinity, Central collineation, and demonstrates their use in the construction of the cut plane with Prism and pyramid.
