Director of the Institute of Computer Science
Job Description:
The director runs the activities of a large university department focused on managing and providing comprehensive services in information and communication technologies (ICT), he/she is responsible for the conception, development and coordination of services in the field of ICT, together with research and development activities in ICT as part of the activities of the institute.
Conditions for participation in the selection procedure :
- University education in master programme
- Professional experience in managing ICT services
- Experience in managing research and development in ICT
- Experience in this field 10 years - including at least 5 years in top positions
- Practical experience in managing organizational change
- Knowledge of financing systems, including normative and project financing , preferably in the public sector is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English
- High level of analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Conceptual approach in promoting the objectives assigned
