Operational Programmes (OP VaVpI, OP VK)
Operational programmes with sectional competence (OP) are part of tactical and implementation phase of support focused on problem areas of strategies having flat (national) character. Operational Programmes RDI and EC are funded by the 
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
Operational Programme Research and Development for Innovation
OP RDI is focused on strengthening of research, development and pro-innovation potential of the CR, mainly through universities, research institutions and their cooperation with the private sector. It supports supplying of research centres with modern technology, building of new research centres and increasing of the capacity of tertiary education.

Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness
OP EC focuses on improving and modernizing of systems of initial, tertiary and further education, on linking them into a comprehensive system of lifelong learning and on improving conditions in research and development.
