Fostering University Support Services and Procedures for Full Participation in the European Higher Education Area (FUSE)

The wider objective of the FUSE project is to develop capacity of Serbian higher education institutions to embrace elements of internationalization policy in line with advance EU practices.
The specific objectives of the project are:

• Providing legal and administrative conditions for internationalization of curricula and working protocols for international students
• Capacity building of teaching and non-teaching staff for internationalization of higher education and enhancing their activities related to it

The main sets of working activities would include:

• Developing administrative and legal conditions for internationalization
• Training of teaching staff and students for internationalization
• Training for non-academic staff on IT support, marketing and information activities
• Providing language support for internationalization of higher education

The role of the EU partner institutions in the project would primarily include but not be limited to:

• joint organization of workshops / trainings / study visits aimed at acquainting the teaching and non-teaching staff at Serbian universities with the elements of internationalization at partner EU universities
• training for Serbian academic staff for new educational perspectives and setting up programmes and teaching courses in a foreign language
