The aim of the project is the improvement of the quality of the personal quarantee of the philological-area research in the Institute of Slavonic Studies of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University by means of the improvement of the quality of the research team. Further education of the research team will be realised: 1) In the form of lecture cycles, seminars and workshops in the framework of which the education of selected researchers will be ensured by invited foreign and Czech specialists in philological-area studies. 2) In the form of short-term study and lecture stays and participation in conferences, workshops and seminars in the Czech Republic and abroad in the institutions connected with the development of similar activities, in the centres of similar research where the researchers might obtain further knowledge, methodologies and approaches to be able to confront them with the results achieved in their own institute. This knowledge will be then passed on in the form of seminars, lectures and workshops to further researchers from Masaryk University and other Czech universities and to those interested in this research among the students of masters and doctoral courses.
