| Popis | Ski turns belong to the most important points in downhill skiing teaching and also in sports training. Based on their quality depends the level of skiing skills and skiing performance. Objective: With the help of biomechanical knowledge we aim to point the increase of the quality in motor learning process by using the appropriate step program of the algorithmic type. Methods: Biomechanical studies of scintific work supported by practical knowledge to enhance the quality of transfer in Motor learning and the gradual use of specific algorithmic procedures. |
