The software package considers a publicly available web database application that is aimed at feasible specification and maintenance of dynamic (differential) biological models. The application supports specification of biochemical reaction networks as well as regulatory networks. A special emphasis is given to genetic regulatory networks. The tool supports import and export from/to SBML format. That way, connection to verification and analysis tools is established. The application is developed in PHP and uses MySQL database engine.
