Tématická monografie "Celní právo v prostředí globalizace" obsahově vychází coby z řešení tříletého grantového projektu Grantové agentury ČR. Publikace se věnuje mezioborové problematice cel převážně z pohledu právního. Zaměřuje se na vlastní pojem celního práva a jeho význam z pohledu národních právních úprav, práva EU i z pohledu globálního, především se zohledněním významu Světové celní organizace.

Thematic monograph "The customs law of globalization" hase been completed as the main result of the three-year project granted by the Czech Scientific Foundation. This publication is dedicated to customs as an interdisciplinary topic, which is described there mostly from the legal point of view. It focuses on the very concept of customs law and its importance in terms of national legislation, the EU law and a global perspective(especially taking into account the importance of the World Customs Organisation).
