Tento článek popisuje pojetí vnitřní bezpečnosti podle legálního a koncepčního rámce Spolkové republiky Německo. Především se zaměřuje na základní chráněné hodnoty (referenční objekty) v rámci vnitřní bezpečnosti. V návaznosti na referenční objekty jsou také v textu nastíněny základní hrozby, jimž čelí SRN v oblasti vnitřní bezpečnosti. Dále je v článku kladen důraz na identifikaci aktérů podílejících se na zajištění vnitřní bezpečnosti v SRN.
This article describes the concept of internal security in accordance with legal and conceptual framework of Germany. Primarily the paper is focused on the basic values protected (referent objects) within the internal security. The fundamental threats are also outlined in the text, which them Germany has faced in the area of internal security. This article also gives emphasis on identifying the actors involved in internal security in Germany.
