This paper describes the pilot project in framework of FEED (Federated eParticipation Systems for Cross-Societal Deliberation on Environmental and Energy Issues) porject in the Czech Republic and its cross-border environmental issues. There is described the setup and operational procedures of the project in the first part of the paper and further are evaluated the appropriate pilot system indicators in the second one.
