Studies in the Czech language

Masaryk University offers excellent conditions for studies to all its students; moreover, it connects education to science and research. It enables further progress for young scholars in top-class and fully equipped workrooms and laboratories. The education for students enrolled in degree programmes held in Czech language (Master’s degree and doctoral programmes) is free.

Moreover, Masaryk University covers the yearlong intensive language course for the students of Master’s degree and doctoral programmes. The yearlong intensive course of Czech language is arranged by the Department of Czech for Foreigners, MU Faculty of Arts. The course starts in August and, from the beginning of the academic year in October, it continues concurrently with specialist studies for the period of two semesters.
